What is your pricing structure and What can I expect to pay?
We take pride in having a pricing model with a single hourly rate with no hidden fees guaranteed. That rate depends on the amount of movers and whether you need labor-only or full-service (movers with a truck).
All equipment and products to safely move your belongings are included in the rate.
That rate is multiplied by the amount of hours it takes to complete your move in order to calculate your total bill (However, any moves under 2 hours is still billed at the 2 hour minimum). We bill in quarter-hour increments.
Since every move is unique, it’s difficult to know exactly how long completing a move will take. However, our Instant Quote Calculator can you help you get an idea.

Lasty, We only start the clock after we do a walk-through of your property the day of the move. During the walk-through you will tell us everything you want moved along with the priority of your belongings. This will also help in case you want us to accomodate specific timeframes (e.g, we focus on all the heavy furniture first before moving on to boxes within a set time limit)
Do you offer packing services?
Yes, we offer packing services under the “labor-Only” category.
We can also provide packing before a full-service move involving a truck, but we highly recommend the packing and loading/unloading be done on seperate days.
This is to allow for adaquete time for both endeavors.
Do you have a cancellation or rescheduling fee?
There is no fee for cancellations or rescheduling request made with atleast a 24 hour notice. This can be done within the customer panel which is sent in a link to your email after booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than a 24 hours before the move, are subject to the deposit being forefeited.
I have some things like my antique couch, paintings, and mirrors that I want wrapped up for the move. Do I need to schedule packing services for this?
Wrapping large or delicate items in order to have them transported safely is included on moving day when loading the truck.
Stand-alone packing services are typically for stowing smaller loose items in boxes such as dishware, clothes, office supplies, books, etc.

We offer basic liability insurance which is $0.60 per pound.
While this is the industry standard, we do our best to compensate closer to actual market rate for damage we cause in order to maintain satisfacation.
We typically prevent damage from happening in the first place through the equipment we use, along with the meticulous care while handling your belongings.

Can you move my piano?
We try to help with your piano moving needs whenever we can! If you don’t have stairs to navigate, we can typically help with an upright piano. If your piano does need to go up or down stairs, or is a piano other than an upright piano, we are happy to refer you to some reputable area companies that specialize in piano moving.
For any items above 300 pounds (most appliances are under this), there is section in the booking request to let us know so we can be prepared.
I live in a rowhouse with a narrow staircase, and some of my furniture would actually need to be hoisted onto the back deck to get it upstairs. Can you help with this?
For safety and liability reasons, we do not hoist items under any circumstances. We understand that a lot of houses in this area have very tight spaces to navigate, and we are very good at carefully maneuvering in these challenging areas with large items! But if it’s not possible to get your items up an internal stairwell, we can refer you to companies that specialize in hoisting.
I think it would be easier to tape up my dresser with the clothes still inside so they don't have to be boxed separately. Is it ok to do this?
We always recommend emptying out furniture such as dressers, armoires, and filing cabinets. Most furniture pieces aren’t designed to be carried while full, so it can damage the item. It also makes it easier and safer for the movers to handle, particularly on stairs. Sometimes pieces are able to be carried while full without incident, but generally, emptying furniture works out the best.
Some of our furniture need to be disassembled and then put back together at the new place. Can you help with this?
Yes, we can disassemble furniture especially when it is necessary to maneuver through a building. However, some pieces can be time-consuming.
Its best to have your furniture disassembled ahead of time if you wanted to accomodate for time restraints.
What about my flat screen TV? Can you take it off the wall mount for me? And it's fragile, so how will you make sure it's protected in the truck?
We can handle removing a TV from a wall mount but we do not mount TV’s. If you don’t have the original box for us to pack it in, we typically wrap TV’s with moving blankets for transport and tightly secure them in the truck.
For extra protection, we also have TV boxes you can buy (can accommodate up to 86′) during the booking process.
What type of payments do you accept? Is there a deposit?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and all forms of digital payment (such as Zelle). Payment is due at the completion of your move.
There is a $50 deposit to book which is added towards the final balance. The deposit is refundable as long as the the client cancels or reschedules with atleast 24 hours before booking.
